We develop an international variety of “SPIRAL” Storage tanks for chemical storage. HDPE/PP Spiral Tanks are innovative thermoplastic storage vessels manufactured by fabricating HDPE Spiral Pipe and have been serving the needs of the industrial sector in chemical storage for the past 20 years. We manufacture Spiral Storage tanks upto capacity of 100 KL in HDPE & PP. We are the only Indian company who design these tanks as per the RITA 4.0 Software. (RÖchling Integrated Tank building Assistant, Germany). These tanks are specially designed for high temperature application (-40° C to +90°C). Each tank is fabricated by means of imported welding guns. These tanks will not leak, rust chip or corrode and are durable enough to withstand extreme service environments and harsh outdoor weather.

Specification:
High Corrosin Ressitant & Immune to Electrolytic Attack: Needs no extra expensive lining.
High Impact Strengh: Homogenous construction. Do not develop cracks under stress through high pressure steam (Withstand -40? to 80? (HDPE)/ + 110? (PP)).
Easy to maintain: Tough & non-corroding. No need of painting or anti-corrosive treatment. Resistant to ultra-violet radiation.
Leak Proof: Completely leak proof. Production loss is extremely minimized.
Abrasion Resistant: Tough and durable. Very high resistant to abrasion and is ideal for handling slurries and pastes.
Hygienic:Food grade material, non-toxic and non-absorbent. Does not impart taste or odour. Smooth inner wall-easy to clean and does not promote growth of bacteria. This makes it ideal for pharmaceutical and food industries.
Light Weight: Incredibly light & easy to handle, low installation cost.
Accessories: Flanged inlets and outlets, valves, side glasses, float valves, collars, manhole covers etc. available.
Glass level indicator: Ladder, Railing, Cooling coil, Backing Flange.
