Jet pipes are engineered as per the Indian standard of BIS, IS-4984 up to size 400 mm in all pressure classes manufactured from material grade PE 100, PE 80, PE 63. The HDPE pipes from Jet Fibre India Pvt. Ltd. are highly recommended and have proven their strength under license No. CM/L: 3673167 for handling water flow, liquid chemicals, underground pipelines, etc. Moreover, these pipes are widely used in drip, sprinkler, landscape, irrigation systems, lift irrigation, etc. the strict quality measures and the latest technology in a state-of-the-art plant are used to create such pipes. We also manufacture PP Polypropylene pipes to serve the industrial needs.

Characteristics of Pipes

Corrosion Resistance : Excellent chemical resistance and are not affected unlike conventional pipes by hydrogen Sulphide gases and other corrosive chemicals or corrosive sand around pipe.

Tough and Durable : These pipes do not crack or chip off thus saves breakage cost in long run.

Light weight & Flexibility : Lightweight these pipes saves a lot of money on transportation, handling and installation. Due to light weight again these pipes can be easily dismantled and shifted to different site locations.

Long life service : As pipes do not get affected by the atmosphere, lifespan of a pipe could be more than 50 years.

Energy Saver : Due to smooth inner surface, the friction loss gets minimized thus saves electricity at great extent.

Weld ability : HDPE/P.P. pipes are joined by butt / fusion welding.

ET came up with the non pressure pipe manufacturing plant in 2007 to produce, in the most economical and eco-friendly way, pipes, fittings and manholes in diameters ranging from DN/ID 300 mm to DN/ID 3600 mm and in lengths from 1mtr upto 6mtr and on special request even longer. The main applications for the final profiled pipe products are non-pressure applications like drain, storm drain, sewer piping systems and chemical storage tanks.

The great advantage of the development is that a profiled pipe has a very low weight, but at the same time can be used for high load applications. A lot less material is needed to produce a pipe with the same statical properties than a solid wall pipe, which means significant savings in material costs.

We have India’s foremost – world class Technology for manufacturing HDPE Spiral Pipe.
Our quality has no match as we use imported and 100% virgin raw material. These sleeves are available from Ø300 mm to Ø3600 mm. It can be use in fabricating HDPE/PP Spiral Tanks.

Manufacturing Process

HDPE Spiral Pipe are manufactured from weather resistant polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) using a unique process by which a specially designed extrusion is spirally wound onto a preheated and revolving mandrel. Overlap on the edge is fused homogenously together while it is in the hot plastic state, producing a smooth internal surface. The design and wall thickness are determined by the operating conditions & applications
